Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka City: Free Delivery for all furniture and lighting products. For lifting above ground floor, a minimal lifting charge applies if stair/elevator access is restricted.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Delivery charges vary by item dimensions and logistics partner. On-site installation can be coordinated at an optional paid rate.

Installation & Assembly Support

Every product is carefully handled, assembled, and inspected by our professional team to ensure your furniture is ready for use.

  • Inside Dhaka: Our expert team provides free installation and alignment checks at your location for furniture items. For other category items, a minimal service charge is applicable.
  • Outside Dhaka: Customers receive a step-by-step assembly manual or video tutorial. Phone/WhatsApp support is available during setup.

Delivery Tracking & Updates

We value transparency. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A tracking update when your order is dispatched.
  • A confirmation call before delivery.
  • Real-time support from our logistics desk in case of any delivery delay or rescheduling.

Special Handling for Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order furniture (e.g., modular tables, wardrobes, or lighting systems) may require additional production time before dispatch. Our team will communicate an estimated completion date at the time of order confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Please confirm the delivery address, floor access, and contact number accurately.
  • For furniture delivery above ground level, ensure stairway or lift access is suitable.
  • In case of rescheduling or address change, notify our delivery desk at least 24 hours before dispatch.

Damages or Delays

Although every shipment is carefully packed and insured:

  • If you notice visible damage, please report it immediately to our delivery staff while they are present on-site.
  • In case of delay due to weather, transport issues, or public holidays, our support team will update you with the revised timeline.
