We coordinate through our dedicated in-house logistics team and trusted nationwide partners to guarantee your items are handled with precision and installed perfectly — so you can enjoy your space without hassle.

We deliver nationwide through our in-house delivery team and trusted logistics partners, ensuring safe handling, real-time coordination, and transparent communication at every stage.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka City:
    Free Delivery for all furniture and lighting products.
    Lifting: Free delivery up to the ground floor. A minimal lifting charge applies for higher floors depending on access (stair/elevator).
  • Outside Dhaka City:
    Delivery charges vary by location and courier partner.
    An assembly guide or video assistance will be provided for smooth installation.
    On-site installation (if required) can be arranged at an additional cost.

Installation & Assembly Support

Every product is carefully handled, assembled, and inspected by our professional team to ensure your furniture is ready for use.

  • Inside Dhaka:
    Our expert team provides free installation at your location for furniture items only, ensuring every piece is securely installed and properly aligned. For other category products charge is applicable.
  • Outside Dhaka:
    Customers receive a step-by-step assembly manual or video tutorial for easy setup.
    Remote support is available via WhatsApp or phone during installation.
    For premium furniture or modular fittings, we can coordinate an optional paid assembly service.

Delivery Tracking & Updates

We value transparency. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • A tracking update when your order is dispatched.
  • A confirmation call before delivery.
  • Real-time support from our logistics desk in case of any delivery delay or rescheduling.

Special Handling for Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order furniture (e.g., modular tables, wardrobes, or lighting systems) may require additional production time before dispatch.
Our team will communicate an estimated completion date at the time of order confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Please confirm the delivery address, floor access, and contact number accurately.
  • For furniture delivery above ground level, ensure stairway or lift access is suitable.
  • In case of rescheduling or address change, notify our delivery desk at least 24 hours before dispatch.

Damages or Delays

Although every shipment is carefully packed and insured:

  • If you notice visible damage, please report it immediately to our delivery staff while they are present on-site.
  • In case of delay due to weather, transport issues, or public holidays, our support team will update you with the revised timeline.
