• In case a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, our team will contact you to offer a replacement or full refund.

All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

In summary:

• Inside Dhaka City: 5–10 working days (Free delivery & assembly).
• Outside Dhaka City: 10–15 working days (delivery via courier, assembly guide/video provided).
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance.

7. Cancellation, Return & Refund

Our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy governs all requests related to order changes or returns.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement (before dispatch).
• Furniture items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
• Lighting, hardware, and accessories may be returned within 3 days if defective or damaged.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

8. Warranty & Service

All furniture products include a 1-year service warranty for manufacturing defects (structure, joints, or fittings).
Lighting and hardware warranties vary by brand and will be specified on the product page or packaging.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

Customized furniture, modular fittings, or made-to-order products are produced specifically to your specifications.

• These items are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production begins.
• Production and delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
